Currently we only accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) or by Bitcoin. But we do have plans to expand this range in the future.

We take security and privacy very seriously at AnyChem. We will never willingly share any personal information about you or your activities with any third party without your express consent. For Tracked Shipments:
Firstly, it is recommended that you check the provided tracking link. This can be found in your order completion email, or collectively for all orders in the ‘My Account‘ of our website.
If this link is missing or broken, or for any other problem with your order, please email us at [email protected] including your order number, so we can assist you further.
For Non-tracked shipments:
Your guess is as good as ours. As soon as your order has been marked as complete, we can no longer assist you locating any lost orders. Because of this, we highly recommend using a Tracked option.
Yes, Invoices are generated upon receipt of payment. These can be found in PDF format attached to your payment confirmation email, or are available to download from the ‘My Account‘ section of our site.
